Model Citizen: Irelande Farrell

Irelande Farrell joined STRUTT Model and Talent Agency three years ago when she was thirteen years old. She came to STRUTT as a theatre actor, both community and professional and with the support of the agency has gone on to work in music videos, short films and more recently modelling jobs. With the encouragement of her agent she is actively involved in ongoing training and coaching in film and theatre acting as well as voice lessons. Some of her training has included Thespian Acting Program in NYC, Triple Threat Program at Randolph Academy and a summer scholarship program in Shakespearean Acting at Creative Roots/Driftwood Theatre in Toronto.
Irelande has received wonderful support and guidance from her agent, Fredau who has always encouraged her to balance work through the agency with her academic and extra curricular activities. Irelande is a grade 12 student, in the very demanding International Baccalaureate program. She plays varsity rugby and is a member of her school’s student council and various groups including Amnesty International. Irelande is a member of Reach for the Top, a competitive trivia team which went on to provincials the last two years. She is a social activist within her community and has a passion for human rights. She is currently organizing a fundraising activity to support her local women’s shelter. Irelande has a passion for the creative arts and enjoys spending free time drawing, painting and sewing. She has had recent success with commissioned art work. She is hoping to enter a Neuropsychology Program at Queen’s University next year.
Irelande looks forward to more auditions and bookings with STRUTT and adding to her resume of film and modelling experiences.
