It’s been five years since their excellent debut record “Let It Lie” was released. There have been a few covers EP’s and some solo records in this gap but this is the record I have been waiting for. Gorgeous harmonies and and rock solid musicianship are all over this album. A track like “Good Level” should be a household staple but it won’t. I could hear Bonnie Raitt or Robert Randolph recording “Got To Be You” and having it be a massive hit for them. This is one of those bands that are beloved by musicians and missed somehow by the masses. They are currently on tour in Europe and are enjoying sold out rooms – lets try and make them a household name – it can be a New Years Resolution. Don’t sleep on this record – it’s a keeper.
